A store near downtown that sells some amazing “small batch produced provisions for the independent spirit”. They sell spices and salts, and all sorts of delicious products to enhance any meal. Each course will be prepared and finished with some of these delightful offerings. He’ll have some here if you want to take some home. The wine pairings were chosen for their bold oak influence to enhance the flavor profile.
