Tortilla de Oro
- Thick sliced Yukon gold potato, onion, and roasted garlic clove frittata served with roasted red pepper alioli.
Fire Roasted Chevre - Chevre cheese topped with three pestos: basil, sun dried tomato, and kalamata olive roasted in the oven until bubbly. Served with crostini.
Hummus San Antonio - A traditional Moroccan favorite with a San Antonio twist!     A blend of chickpeas, roasted garlic, lemon, olive oil and chipotle. Served warm with toasted pita.
Gambas al Ajillo - Large shrimp served sizzling in a mouth-watering sauce of roasted garlic, chili flakes, olive oil and finished with fresh lemon juice. Served with crostini.
Killer Gambas -  Large shrimp poached in a spicy tomato butter sauce.

Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad
- Balsamic glazed oven dried Roma tomatoes layered with fresh mozzarella, pesto, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.
Bruschetta - Roma tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil together with olive oil and balsamic vinegar glaze and topped with basil pesto. Served with crostini.

Spicy Chicken Carbonara
- Crunchy, grilled Texas toast with creamy Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, peppered bacon, pepper jack cheese and grilled chicken breast. Served with kettle chips.
 
Braised Beef and Brie - Succulent beef in red wine, layered with brie and roasted shallot
horseradish alioli on Texas toast. Served with kettle chips.

Our “famous” super thin and crisp crust is the talk of the town!

Tres Quesos - Sun dried tomato marinara, mozzarella, Chevre, and Leerdammer Swiss.

Margherita - Sun dried tomato infused olive oil, fresh mozzarella, sprinkled with our fresh bruschetta and topped with sweet basil.

Zeta - Exotic roasted mushroom blend with shallots, garlic & olive oil. Topped with Chevre cheese.

Parma - Sun dried tomato marinara, mozzarella, and Italian pepperoni.

Carrot Cake - Four moist layers of delicious carrot cake studded with raisins, toasted walnuts, and pineapple. Finished with a creamy cream cheese icing and a drizzle of white chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Confusion  Cake - Multiple layers of Oreo cookie, fudge brownie, chocolate mousse, chocolate cake, and chocolate chips. Covered in a rich fudge ganache.

Crème Brulee’ - Your choice of two flavors Mocha Espresso or Classic Vanilla.
