More Than 20 Years of Wine, Food & Friendship
Copa's story began in 2005, when Jeff and his late wife Angie Bridges started with a neighborhood wine and liquor shop and a passion for bringing people together. Over the years, that beginning grew into the welcoming wine bar and tasting room our guests know today.
Through countless glasses poured, new wines discovered, special dinners shared, and familiar faces returning, one thing has stayed the same: Copa is about making people feel at home.
Today, we're proud to continue bringing the world of wine to Stone Oak, with a thoughtfully curated selection, food made to enjoy together, and a team that's always happy to help you find something new.
